During the first-ever Mystical Parade of Boo, which took place on Saturday, the downtown area of Galveston filled with enthusiasm as the community celebrated the event. The Carnes Parade Krewe, the Krewe of Misfits, and the Tutu Live Krewe were the three local Mardi Gras krewes responsible for organizing the event, resulting in thousands lining the streets to watch an extraordinary Halloween parade.
The parade featured a vibrant assortment of floats, exciting dance krewes, and brilliantly adorned golf carts, which captivated both adults and children in their most impressive Halloween costumes. Participants from other adjacent events, such as the Island Oktoberfest and the Dia de los Muertos Fall Fiesta, joined in the celebration, contributing to the happy atmosphere already there.
